Hi Y’all. I cannot believe November is almost over! Christmas is coming up so fast and I am trying to wrap up my shopping early this year. I would love to finish up and give myself a couple of weeks to slow down and savor the season instead of running around like a wild woman.

Memories… Sometimes there is that special scent or recipe that triggers a memory. That takes you back to a different time or brings those you love close to you once again. For me, these stovetop scent pots do just that. The heavenly scent takes me back to my childhood. My mom has been making these potpourri recipes as long as I can remember. We would package the ingredients up and attach cute instructions. Then out we went to deliver them to teachers, neighbors, and co-workers. Its one of my fondest memories and tradition from my childhood.
Happy Fall Y’all! I am so excited to share my fall porch decor with all of you. At the time I am writing this we have only lived in this house about two months so I have been a little behind on decorating for fall. I am typically so excited about fall that I roll out all things pumpkin on Labor Day. It is a tradition that I have had for several years but boy it just didn’t happen this year.

Fall is one of my favorite seasons! I’m pretty sure I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t love fall and if you don’t I’m sorry we just can’t be friends. Just kidding but there is something refreshing about fall. Maybe for you its the chill in the air, football, family gatherings, apple cider and all things pumpkin. Or maybe you’re like me and enjoy changing your decor with the seasons. I love decorating for different seasons and holidays but it can be pricey.
I have been eyeing a simple fall wreath but all of the ones I loved were more than I was willing to pay. Thus this wreath tutorial was born. I am really happy with how it turned out and it was a fraction of the cost of a pre-made wreath. The cost for the grapevine wreath and wheat bundles were about $12.
